Domestic Shipping Policy

• 3 options available
• PostNet to PostNet R120 for up to 5kg.
• Aramex Store to Door R120 for small items

All items that fall over the above weight will ship at R150 door to door courier

If you live in Port Elizabeth, Gqeberha, please discuss options available for pick up points.  

All orders are processed within 14 working days (Please note that all items out of stock will need to be manufactured).  Delivery can take between 2 – 5 working days depending on your location.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.  We do however ensure that all orders are processed and shipped soonest. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We unfortunately are not able to ship overseas at this point in time.

Refunds and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and receiving of the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, regardless of the reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items

•         Gifted items to you from someone else
•         Sale items

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will receive a replacement of the exact same item. Should you find a problem with the product, send us an email at info@mandipullen.co.za

Shipping

To return your product, you will receive the shipping address via email correspondence. Shipping is for your own account.
